But before you start your mixing<\/a> and panning process, there are a couple of things to do. Because good guitar panning alone won\u2019t work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Also, what many engineers and producers do is that in verses they pan guitars about 75%. But when the chorus comes, with the help of automation, they pan guitars 100%. This makes the chorus bigger and gives it space to breathe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a great trick in mixing and you can implement it in your mixes. Or you can just leave guitars 100% panned during the whole song.
