The commission starts at $10.5 (Syntorial upgrade @30% rate) and can reach as high as $95 (Full bundle). We use a tiered structure up to 50%. As you drive more qualified sales, your tier increases.
No fixed quotas. To keep your tier, you must meet its minimum sales threshold on a rolling 12-month basis. If your volume drops below the threshold, your tier adjusts at the next review; increase your volume to move back up.
